U & I Audio Visual Studio, a subsidiary of Biggie U & I Multilinks Services in collaboration with the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC Ventures) is organizing a Christmas and New Year Shopping Fair during the forthcoming Yuletide Season. 2012 Xmas & New Year Shopping Fair shall bring under one roof; manufacturers, importers, wholesalers and retailers from far and wide. The intent is to lessen the pressure, stress, and danger associated with Christmas and New Year shopping due to increase in business activities during festive periods, which also increase accident and crime velocity especially on the highways as some people have to travel long distance to buy their wares. The 46 day Christmas and New Year Shopping Fair will also feature entertainment, music, comedy, dance and drama. There shall be musicians, NOLYWOOD actors/actresses and cultural groups on the band stand throughout the duration of the fair. There shall be a Raffle Draw where visitors to the fair and participants can win mouthwatering prizes, which include a Brand New Car (Star Prize), Motorbikes, Refrigerators, Generating Sets, Home Electronic Appliances, Computers, Branded T-Shirts, Face Cap and several other consolation prizes. Children shall also experience the excitement and unique atmosphere of a traditional Christmas funfair at the Father Christmas Village within the fair complex. Plus magic of seeing Father Christmas in the Frost Palace Grotto, horse ride, carol songs and other children activities. Venue: Osogbo City Stadium Complex, Ikirun Road, Osogbo, Osun State. Date: 25th November, 2012 – 6th January, 2013 Time: 8.00am – 8pm Daily Consequently, we request for your participation in the fair, which will give your organization opportunity to showcase your products and services at the venue and to the world, as daily activities at the fair shall be replayed on the OSBC television on daily basis. Space, which is in three (3) categories; A, B and C, shall be allotted to interested participants on first come first serve basis while concession shall be given to participants that registered before the 30th October, 2012.
